Are Bing & Grøndahl Christmas plates authentic?
Absolutely! We take pride in offering genuine Bing & Grøndahl collectibles directly from Denmark. Our collection includes annual plates from various years, including back issues and the latest releases. Each plate is hand-painted and carries the quality and tradition the brand is known for worldwide.
Do you carry items from specific years?
Yes, we have an extensive collection of Bing & Grøndahl plates from various years, including 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. We also offer back issues and the complete collection of Christmas plates from 1895-2021. Use our menu to browse by year or collection.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, to ensure the safe delivery of our delicate collectibles, we are currently unable to ship to a few select Asian countries and certain remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we cannot ship to your location.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
2. Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after processing.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is carefully handled and requires 1-2 business days for processing. We meticulously package each hand-painted plate and delicate ornament to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to follow your package’s journey across the globe until it is safely delivered to your address.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
We recommend having someone available to receive these special items as our carrier partners will deliver your package directly to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
