To ensure your shopping experience is as joyful and seamless as the holidays themselves, we have outlined our shipping and returns policies below. Please read them carefully.

Shipping Information

We carefully hand-pack your treasures and dispatch them from our home in San Diego to yours with love and care.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve you better:

  • Standard Shipping ( $12.95 ): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery to remote or Asian regions may not be available or may experience longer transit times.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Danish Christmas treasures. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible items.

Please Note: Due to their collectible and often personal nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • All Annual Collectibles (including Bing & Grøndahl plates and figurines)
  • Back Issue Collectibles
  • Christmas Plates (from any year)
  • Books, Music, and Children’s Books (unless damaged or defective)
  • Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Opened packages of Christmas Mugs, Napkins & Cards
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Requested within 15 days of you receiving the package.
  • In the same pristine condition as when it was delivered.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and documentation.
  • Unused and unworn (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start the process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item.
  2. Get Authorization: We will review your request and email you within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all documents, and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address provided in your authorization email using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned package.

Refund Timeline & Method

After we inspect your returned item, we will send an email notifying you of your refund’s approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to post to your account:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above and specify that you desire an exchange. We will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
