Welcome to Christmas Market! We’re delighted to share our Danish holiday traditions with you. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing jollyholidaydecor.com and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Our goal is to bring the magic of Danish Christmas to your home while ensuring a transparent and joyful shopping experience. Please read these terms carefully.

Christmas Market specializes in authentic Danish Christmas collectibles and decorations, including:

• Annual collectibles from Bing & Grøndahl and other Danish makers
• Christmas plates from 1895 to present year
• Christmas gnomes, elves, and nisse figures
• Christmas mugs, napkins, and cards
• Danish Christmas books, music, and children’s books
• Candles, chimes, and other holiday decorations

We take great care to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural variations in handmade products.

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase products under these terms. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order is received. Acceptance of your order is completed when we send an email confirming the product has been shipped.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally products may be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you and either cancel the item or provide the option to wait for restocking.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We carefully hand-pack your Danish treasures and dispatch them from our home in San Diego with love and care.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery to remote or Asian regions may not be available or may experience longer transit times.

International Orders

Currently, we primarily serve customers in the United States. While we may accept international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

We want you to be utterly delighted with your Danish Christmas treasures. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process for eligible items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

• Be requested within 15 days of receiving the package
• Be in the same pristine condition as when delivered
• Include original packaging with all tags and documentation
• Be unused and unworn (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collectible nature, we cannot accept returns on:

• All annual collectibles (including Bing & Grøndahl plates and figurines)
• Back issue collectibles
• Christmas plates (from any year)
• Books, music, and children’s books (unless damaged or defective)
• Candles (for safety and hygiene reasons)
• Opened packages of Christmas mugs, napkins, and cards
• Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your item is eligible
3. Package the item in its original packaging with all documents
4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box
5. Ship to the address provided using a trackable service

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using trackable and insured shipping as we cannot guarantee we will receive returned packages.

Refunds

After inspection of returned items (within 5 business days of arrival), we will process refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to post to your account:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and specify that you desire an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Christmas Market or our suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The Danish Christmas designs and products we sell are often protected by intellectual property rights, and your purchase does not transfer these rights.

The names “Bing & Grøndahl,” “Anne Beate Design,” and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission.

Christmas Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
